  • Workday Extend platform expertise
  • Workday Studio and API integration skills
  • Custom business object and orchestration design
  • HR Finance Payroll business process knowledge

Nice-to-have

  • Workday certification in HCM or Financials
  • Experience with HIPAA compliance requirements
  • Python scripting for data transformation
  • REST/JSON API design outside Workday
  • Prism Analytics familiarity

Key Requirements

  • 3+ years hands-on Workday development experience
  • Demonstrated work in Workday Extend App Builder
  • Proficiency in Workday Studio and EIBs
  • Solid understanding of HR, Payroll, or Finance processes
