About the Role: We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead and expand our presence across key target sectors in Southeast Asia. In this leadership role, you will oversee a team of four Sales Managers, driving revenue growth across our warehousing and final mile transportation solutions. With a focus on the Technology, Aerospace, and Industrial sectors, you will leverage your deep industry knowledge to develop winning sales strategies, build high-value client relationships, and strengthen our position as a market leader in the region. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of four Sales Managers, setting clear targets and fostering a high-performance sales culture Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a regional sales strategy focused on the Technology, Aerospace, and Industrial sectors to drive revenue and market share Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the region, with a focus on complex warehousing and final mile solutions Key Account Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with regional key accounts and strategic partners Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify opportunities and mitigate risks Collaboration: Work closely with operations and customer service teams t
