Must-have
12 years legal experience in Markets
Derivative transaction legal advice
Structured credit derivative expertise
Master agreements knowledge
High level English proficiency
Nice-to-have
Experience with TRS over equity loans bonds
Knowledge of commodity derivatives including EUAs
Background in Business Management or Finance
Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities
Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously
Key Requirements
Degree in Law required
Minimum 12 years of relevant legal experience
Experience in structured credit derivative transactions
