  • Provide direct attention, guidance, and support to Rappitenderos at the Hub seeking solutions to their concerns, ensuring an empathetic and efficient experience aligned with Regional Ombudsman guidelines.
  • Attend to Rappitenderos in person at the Hub, managing cases and requests by analyzing and channeling concerns to the appropriate Regional Ombudsman or channel, ensuring timely responses and effective follow-up.
  • Support strategic programs through assigned phone calls for initiatives like Churn Management and Almost Diamond to enhance Rappitendero retention, loyalty, and experience.
