Job Summary
The Intake RN is responsible for reviewing referrals, determining clinical appropriateness, and coordinating timely admissions for clients at Raleigh Oaks Behavioral Health.
This role requires collaborating with physicians to obtain orders and diagnoses while managing insurance verifications and pre-authorizations in Salesforce.
Qualified candidates will work onsite in a rotating shift schedule that includes evenings and weekends to support the call center operations.
