Key Requirements

  • Previous food & beverage assistant department head experience
  • Strong knowledge of Restaurant & Bar service
  • College degree in hotel/restaurant management or equivalent experience
  • Ability to operate computer equipment and F&B systems
  • High proficiency in English and Spanish
  • Valid work permit for Spain
