  • The Corporate Counsel will play a key role in supporting Salesforce’s AMER Sales organization, structuring commercial transactions and drafting and negotiating commercial agreements primarily for direct deals.
  • Lead, negotiate, and close customer contracts with all industries and sectors other than Public Sector, providing rapid, business-savvy legal advice while effectively managing legal risk and ensuring compliance.

Key Requirements

  • LL.B. or J.D. from accredited law school/university
  • Licensed to practice law in US or Canada
  • Minimum 5 years legal experience

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Ability to coordinate, prioritize, and manage deadlines
