Job Summary

  • The role is responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team, leading applications systems analysis and programming activities.
  • This hands-on senior developer will code, mentor, and lead critical in-country Markets applications, focusing on both new projects and supporting established, older technology for migration to strategic platforms.
  • The position requires championing best practices within the Markets developer community, coaching junior team members, and resolving high-impact problems by evaluating complex business and system processes.
