Job Summary

  • This is a vital full-time role where you serve as a key link between our facility and our residents' critical medical appointments throughout the Peninsula.
  • Operate facility vehicles (including wheelchair-accessible vans) to transport residents to and from medical appointments, dialysis, and community outings.
