Job Summary

  • The Executive Director will provide strategic oversight of systems, reporting, and data integrity efforts across the division, leading IA's use of technology systems, Gift Administration, Data Management, and Prospect Management and Research.
  • Collaborate with ITS on information management, systems, and technology projects for IA, serving as the primary facilitator of the ITS relationship and partnership.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop cross-functional staff, including Director level managers, setting key performance objectives and motivating teams to achieve goals.

Key Requirements
