Job Summary

  • The Cook Lead is responsible for providing direction to the cooks on the production of all assigned menu items, ensuring that they are being completed in an efficient and consistent manner while following Legends’ specifications, recipes and technique and maintaining sanitation standards.
  • Primary responsibilities include following opening and closing procedures, preparing food items according to standards, and maintaining HACCP standards.
  • Must be available for Amphitheater Events and able to work extended hours due to business requirements including late nights, weekends and holidays.
