This role manages dietary staff, maintains budget compliance, and coordinates with other departments to support resident well-being and satisfaction.
The Dietary Director conducts nutritional assessments, maintains accurate records, and ensures ongoing compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.

Good standing with Department of Public Health License and Certification Division
