Job Summary
The role is responsible for the development and deployment of the Quality & Food Safety Management System and ensuring compliance to all organizational, legislative, regulatory and customer requirements.
The specialist leads and manages the Consumer Services function to ensure a brilliant service experience including prompt and satisfactory complaints resolution.
The position involves supporting quality risk assessments, driving implementation of quality standards, and reporting on the performance of the organizational Quality and Food Safety systems to top management.
