Job Responsibilities: Oversee and manage daily construction operations and project activities. Lead site teams, subcontractors, and coordinate with consultants and clients. Plan project schedules, manpower allocation, and resources to meet deadlines. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications. Review technical drawings, resolve site issues, and provide engineering solutions. Monitor project costs, progress, and prepare reports for management. Conduct regular site meetings and ensure smooth project workflow. Job Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management / related field. Minimum 5 years experience in construction project management (building or infrastructure). Strong knowledge of BCA, MOM, and local authority regulations. Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. Possess safety certifications is an advantage (e.g., WSH, BCSS, RM, CSOC).
