Establishes Maintenance Department technical proficiency in Integer’s manufacturing processes and equipment in order to provide competent technical support and training to Maintenance and Production personnel.
Trains all staff in how to complete and record PMs and other documents in an FDA regulated environment.
Measures equipment Operational Availability, Mean Time between Failure and Mean Time to Repair at asset level.

Key Requirements
