Job Summary

  • This role exists to deliver fantastic results and you are constantly on the lookout for better ways to do things, engaging and collaborating with others along the way.
  • Achieved monthly and annual sales targets by implementing effective route planning and sales strategies, and managed TTS (Trade Terms Spend) budgets effectively to ensure optimized promotional ROI.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate Sales Representatives/Merchandisers, conduct regular field market visits and on-the-job coaching, and monitor performance KPIs and conduct monthly/Weekly business reviews.
