Base: $15.00 - $24.94 hourly; Bonus/Equity: Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible; Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Life Insurance, Wellness Programs, 401(K) with company match, Paid time off

Must-have
Customer service experience
Order processing via management system
Cash handling procedures
Store merchandising and restocking
Physical ability to lift and load merchandise
General digital literacy including Microsoft Office
Nice-to-have
Basic plumbing and HVAC product knowledge
Forklift/order picker experience
Bilingual in Spanish
Excellent decision making and communication skills
Ability to learn quickly
Key Requirements
Previous customer service experience preferred
