  • The incumbent will lead project management efforts for therapeutically aligned development programs, act as a PM and Drug Development Advisor, and lead critical change projects related to systems, operations, or strategic planning.
  • Responsibilities include identifying and evaluating PM best practices, representing the company in external PM societies, and overseeing implementation of best practices within the company.
  • The role involves developing talent within Global Project and Alliance Management (GPAM), managing project managers and those who manage PMs, and ensuring smooth departmental operations.

Key Requirements

  • Eight (8) years of experience in PM or related role in pharma/biotech
  • Demonstrated experience as a people manager
  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific-related discipline
