The Military Program Manager supports the Engineering Division’s Joint Posture Management Office (JPMO) on Guam, coordinating with multiple military and government entities to plan, synchronize, and facilitate posture infrastructure programs.
You will ensure infrastructure projects achieve joint operational effects and meet established timelines by overseeing project assessments, technical analyses, acquisition strategies, and cross-functional coordination.
Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management, a minimum of 7 years’ experience in military construction program management, and strong contracting skills.
