Job Summary

  • Responsible for supervising staff, ensuring health and safety regulations at work are followed, and identifying deficiencies to be improved in production.
  • Organize and motivate teams to perform daily production activities while supporting engineering and manufacturing teams to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Conduct meetings with quality assurance and production teams to ensure corrective actions are implemented and maintain delivery reliability.
