Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of your job position is to direct the day-to-day functions of the facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern nursing facilities to assure that the highest degree of quality care can be provided to our residents at all times.
  • Responsible for the overall operational functioning of the facility, including monitoring census, developing and maintaining policies, and resolving HR and Risk Management issues.
  • Develops and executes creative ideas to increase employee engagement and minimize turnover, while maintaining relationships with support teams and community leadership.
