Key Requirements

  • 8 years of experience (combination of work history and education)
  • DoD 8570 IAT Level 2 compliance
  • TS SCI with Poly clearance
  • Working knowledge of basic routing fundamentals
  • Working knowledge of layer 2 switching concepts
  • Knowledge of CISCO/Juniper RMA processes
  • Layer 1 and Layer 2 network experience
  • Knowledge of Cisco IOS, Juniper JUNOS, Brocade/Foundry OS
  • Familiarity with Layer 3 protocols (OSPF, BGP, VRRP, HSRP, MPLS, LSP, GRE)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Visio, ServiceNow, Atlassian Confluence
  • Working knowledge of ServiceNow or similar ITSM products
