Key Requirements

  • 5+ years relevant experience
  • B.S or M.S Degree in electrical or optical engineering
  • Demonstrated Project Management Skills
  • Ability to Identify Risk, Translate Risks into Action, and Drive Actions to Closure
  • Experience Working with Multi-Functional Design Teams
  • Lean/Six Sigma Certification preferred
  • Black Belt Certification a Plus
