  • Employees must report all changes in the residents' condition to the Health and Wellness Director as soon as practical and maintain strict confidentiality of protected health information.
  • The role requires assisting residents with personal care functions such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility while ensuring safety and comfort throughout the shift.
