  • Key responsibilities include financial and supplier management, executing contracts, processing financial transactions, and collaborating with various internal functions.
  • The role also supports strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and the adoption of new technologies and automation tools to improve productivity.

Key Requirements

  • High school diploma and 10+ years of Scientific or Operations experience
  • Associate degree and 8+ years of Scientific or Operations experience
  • Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of Scientific or Operations experience
  • Master’s degree and 4+ years of Scientific or Operations experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of project management experience
  • 2+ years in pharma/biotech within regulated environments
  • Hands-on experience with budgeting
  • Vendor management experience
  • Regulated document management systems experience
  • Proficiency with software tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Smartsheet, Power BI, etc.)
  • Foundational understanding of GPvP, GCP, FDA regulations
