Job Summary
You will play a key financial modeling role for all VF Americas Real Estate needs including new stores, relocations, remodels, and renewals across 720+ stores between six VF brands.
Using internal and external data, you will provide revenue projections for new stores and analyze demographic information by location/trade area with store performance.

Base: $73,440.00 - $91,800.00 USD annually; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)
