Job Summary

• The primary purpose of your job position is to provide direct nursing care to the residents, and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.
• You will be responsible for administrative functions including directing day-to-day functions of nursing assistants and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
• Key responsibilities include drug administration, personnel management, nursing care functions, staff development, safety and sanitation, equipment and supply management, and care plan assessment.
