Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Proven Workday HCM Core Services or Learning certification
  • Excellent consulting skills for Workday design
  • Strong stakeholder management and client alignment
  • Ability to lead workstreams and report progress independently
  • Fluency in English verbal and written communication

Nice-to-have

  • Fluency in an additional European language
  • Experience with other learning solutions like Cornerstone or Degreed
  • Background combining Learning with Skills modules
  • Previous experience as a consultant or client owner
  • Knowledge of industry-leading methods and assets creation

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Up-to-date Workday HCM / Learning certifications
  • Experience working in the Workday platform
  • Willingness to meet client travel requirements
