  • Contribute to the development of the project charter and/or develop sub-project charter and management plan, recommending tradeoffs within the project.
  • Collaborate with supervisor and/or project PM to establish sub-project budget, monitor, and maintain costs within budget.
  • Develop a sub-project team list with cross-functional staffing requirements, defining the role, responsibility, and deliverables for each team member.
