Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required, with 14 years experience OR Master's/Doctoral degree in field with 12+ years experience
  • CPA preferred
  • 4+ years managing people
  • Deep understanding of GAAP and global accounting principles
  • Strong knowledge of shared services operations and compliance requirements
  • Skilled in ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Office tools
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly proactive and solutions-focused
