The Senior Contract Analyst is responsible for the end-to-end drafting, review, and negotiation of complex commodities trading contracts to ensure full legal and commercial protection.
This role requires providing expert guidance on contractual risks such as liability, indemnity, and performance obligations while supporting commercial teams throughout deal negotiations.
Candidates must possess a strong command of multi-modal commercial structures including vessel, barge, rail, truck, pipeline, and terminal operations.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Oil and/or Metals commodities contract experience
Qualified lawyer or maritime law graduate

Key Requirements
Minimum 4 years experience in Oil, Metals, or commodities contracts
