Job Summary

• The primary purpose of this position is to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing assistants to maintain the highest quality of care in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• The role involves administrative duties, medication administration, staff development, safety and sanitation monitoring, and active participation in quality assurance and infection control programs.
• The position requires effective communication with residents, families, medical staff, and government agencies, as well as the ability to handle emergency situations and maintain a calm and positive environment.

• Current active LPN/LVN license
• CPR certification
• Graduate of accredited nursing or LPN/LVN program
• Knowledge of nursing laws and regulations
