  • The Lean Systems Coach will be responsible for supporting the development & implementation of the Lucid Production System’s lean manufacturing programs.
  • They will develop, implement, and maintain tools, systems, and training needed to optimize engagement in the operations performance continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Industrial Control Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation
  • 5 years of professional experience
  • Experience working in an automotive OEM required
  • Automotive Manufacturing continuous improvement experience
  • Lean manufacturing principles (theory and hands-on practice)
