Job Summary

Assist the laboratory metallography engineer to complete the entire process tracking of sample testing, including but not limited to customer needs confirmation, transformation of testing schemes based on drawing information, marking of testing samples, discussion of testing sample preparation scheme planning, tracking and coordination of testing progress, and preliminary confirmation of testing results.
Participate in laboratory safety assurance activities including but not limited to safety 5S walks, safety audits, safety topic sharing, and continuous improvement supervision, etc., by promptly stopping unsafe behaviors and promptly recognizing safe actions to create Caterpillar's safety-first corporate culture.
