Job Summary

  • The primary responsibility is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty while ensuring adherence to all current federal, state, and local regulations.
  • You will be required to develop work assignments, delegate authority to charge nurses, and ensure sufficient staffing levels of licensed nurses and certified nursing assistants for every shift.
  • This role involves participating in the development of written care plans, conducting daily rounds to evaluate resident status, and assisting in preparing the facility for government agency inspections.

Key Requirements

  • Current active RN license in the state
