The primary purpose of the x-ray inspector is to ensure the safe use of medical and industrial radiation machines.
The incumbent will work independently to conduct inspections, investigations and to evaluate multiple types of x-ray machines in various environments, to determine compliance with 10A NCAC 15 North Carolina Regulations for Protection Against Radiation.
