  • The Manager, Global Talent & Development is responsible for designing, leading, and delivering enterprise-wide talent, leadership, learning, culture, and capability initiatives.
  • The role drives strategic people development priorities, ensures global consistency with local relevance, and partners closely with business and HR stakeholders.
  • Key responsibilities include program ownership, global program design and delivery, facilitation and coaching, stakeholder partnership, analytics and ROI, systems and governance, and communication and enablement.
