Must-have
Operating Bitumen Sprayer and Roller
Maintaining safe and tidy work sites
Open communication with crew and management
Reliability and flexibility for extended hours
Nice-to-have
Previous bitumen and emulsion handling experience
Proactive approach to Health and Safety
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Positive attitude and good sense of humour
Key Requirements
Full Class 4 licence with WTR endorsements
Pre-employment medical and drug screen
Reliability and flexibility to work extended hours
