Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5-8 years U.S. benefits administration experience
Strong knowledge of HIPAA COBRA ERISA ACA IRS DOL
Experience supporting multistate U.S. workforce
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel lookups pivots
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Nice-to-have
Experience with Workday and ServiceNow preferred
Global shared services environment experience
Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently in virtual team
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
5-8 years experience in U.S. health and welfare benefits
Strong knowledge of U.S. benefits laws and regulations
