Job Summary

  • This position is responsible for overseeing Business Continuity Planning (BCP), Continuity of Operations Planning (COOP), and Disaster Recovery (DR) Planning for the NC Department of Health and Human Services.
  • The role includes assisting in the development, implementation, and evaluation of BCP, COOP, and DR strategies, plans, procedures, and new processes, as well as integrating plans across all DHHS divisions, offices, and facilities.
