Job Summary

• The Associate Director of Strategy & Operations plays a critical role in ensuring the organization is aligned, prepared, and operationally disciplined for the Specialty Franchise.
• This role will partner closely with cross-functional leaders across Commercial, Medical, Access, and Commercial Operations to support strategic planning, meeting preparation, and operating rhythm execution.
• This is a high-visibility role requiring strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-moving, highly matrixed environment.

• Bachelor’s degree required
