Job Summary
The selected individual will be responsible for recording and resolving Service Desk queries within SLA targets and monitoring and updating the Service Desk system.
Duties include the set-up and installation of new PC hardware & software, liaising with Service Desk personnel, and performing assigned Service Desk support duties.
This role will include evening and night shifts as well as weekend on-call, requiring exceptional customer service and incident/service resolution achieving world-class levels.
