Job Summary

  • The selected individual will be responsible for recording and resolving Service Desk queries within SLA targets and monitoring and updating the Service Desk system.
  • Duties include the set-up and installation of new PC hardware & software, liaising with Service Desk personnel, and performing assigned Service Desk support duties.
  • This role will include evening and night shifts as well as weekend on-call, requiring exceptional customer service and incident/service resolution achieving world-class levels.

Key Requirements

  • 1-5 years of IT support experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Knowledge of PC hardware technology
  • Knowledge of current Windows OS applications
  • Knowledge of current MS Office product Suite
  • U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S.
