Oversees and performs facilities maintenance tasks across buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas to meet company requirements for building standards, health and safety, statutory compliance, and overall asset functionality.
Assigns and ensures completion of work orders, monitors building services, contributes to turnover processes, and works with external stakeholders to ensure property compliance.
Develops team capabilities, maintains inventory, develops PPM schedules, monitors reactive and statutory works, and supports cost-cutting programs.
