• The Publisher Account Manager will help onboard, manage, and grow publisher partner relationships, and provide support to the clients of the IQVIA Publisher Suite.
• Maintain, develop and grow existing publisher partner relationships and manage all day-to-day operations associated with publisher partners.

Key Requirements

• 2 years of account management, publisher management, customer support and/or ad operations experience
• Experience in programmatic advertising, inventory management, with experience in identity and measurement solutions
• Experience troubleshooting technical issues
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
