Job Summary
Develops inspection methods, analysis, and evaluations to ensure the continuous operation of utilities and identifies areas to improve operational efficiency.
Responsible for the compliance with all local and federal laws and regulations applicable to the operation of the utilities and which are enforced by OSHA, EQB, EPA, PRASA, etc.
Provide direct reports with leadership, direction, and coaching to achieve work objectives and improve performance and skills.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
5+ years of related experience
Lean Six Sigma Certification or Training

Technical knowledge in HVAC, Steam Generation, Compressed Air, Electrical Systems, Emergency Power Generation
