Job Summary
This position is accountable for managing the customer and government relationships in part of North and Northwest China, with responsibility for profit & loss for appointed assets.
The candidate will be responsible for overall customer engagement, contract negotiations, relationship management, and working closely with the operation team for site optimization.
Key responsibilities include developing and reviewing plant operation budgets, driving CI initiatives, managing government interfaces, and coordinating liquid gas management.
