Base: 115,000.00 – 135,000.00 USD per year; Bonus/Equity: Not specified; Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid parental leave, paid time off
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Mechanical testing equipment experience
Building commissioning project management
Knowledge of HVAC&R systems
Proficiency in MS Project, Word, Excel
Conduct inspections and testing
Lead commissioning meetings
Nice-to-have
Collaborative mindset
Strong organizational skills
Experience in data centers or mission-critical facilities
Facility Management experience
Background in consultancy or owner organization
Key Requirements
University technical degree
LEED AP certification
Minimum 10 years mechanical engineering experience
Minimum 5 years building commissioning experience
Authorized to work in the United States
Professional Engineer/PE or PMP designation preferred
