Job Summary

  • The JEDI Manager provides strategic leadership to advance organizational justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion priorities.
  • The Manager guides the strategic direction of the JEDI Learning Journey and cultivates a workplace rooted in belonging, racial consciousness, and mission-aligned practices.
  • Develop, deliver, and oversee trainings and capacity-building programs on workplace culture, anti-oppression, unconscious bias, inclusive leadership, anti-racism, trans and non-binary inclusion, accessibility, and other JEDI related topics both in-person and across virtual platforms.
