Key responsibilities include leading end-to-end executive search processes for C-suite and leadership roles globally, primarily for industrial operations, and conducting market mapping and talent intelligence research.
Galderma is establishing a new Global Capability Center in Barcelona to support its global commercial and functional teams, offering opportunities for professional development and global career experiences.
