The Leasing & Lifestyle Consultant is responsible for achieving the community’s occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals through a combination of sales, marketing, leasing, and lifestyle programming.
This hybrid role executes the full sales cycle—from prospecting, touring, and move-ins to renewals—while also creating, coordinating, and implementing engaging social, wellness, and cultural activities that enhance the resident experience.
